Differences in listening environments, equipment setup, and other factors can bias in-store demonstrations.
Outfitting a listening room or home theater can be a daunting and expensive effort. Given all the misinformation and inconsistency, how can anyone make an informed decision?

We take a different approach from most audio companies. The focus is on getting the physics of the product right first; marketing and aesthetics come second. In other words, we believe form should follow function. After all, high-end audio consumers strive for the same thing we do: acoustical perfection.
We thoroughly model and simulate our products long before we ever start cutting wood and MDF. We know the consistently flat, optimal response curves we will achieve ahead of time. Our engineers are never seen crossing fingers and hoping that it will sound good. They already know that it will be perfect.

We are not going to try and sell you cryogenically-treated AC power outlets for your wall. Or super-duper component interconnect cables. Physics and real-world measurements tell us which factors impact the listening experience – and which do not.
